Rosalie Cool has over a decade of experience in behavioral health, including work in both residential and outpatient settings. She has supported individuals and families in a variety of roles, including counselor, therapeutic companion, coach, and case manager. Through this work, she has developed a strong understanding of the treatment landscape and how to help people navigate complex systems of care.
Rosalie specializes in working with adult clients, particularly those with complex mental health presentations, including thought and personality disorders, persistent or treatment-resistant mood disorders, and individuals with multiple prior treatment experiences.
She also has a background in drug and alcohol counseling, which informs her work with clients experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. Rosalie is passionate about helping individuals and families connect with the right resources and believes strongly in supporting clients to feel empowered in their treatment decisions.
